Carnitas Tacos

The taco. A traditional mexican dish served on flour or corn tortillas. Typically eaten without utensils. Sounds like a sandwich to me!
• Shredded pork (cooked Dr.-Robert-Love-style! [modified recipe])*
• Sour Cream
• Cheese
• Onions
• Green Tomatillo sauce
• Lime
• hot sauce of your choice (I used Serrano Lime and Melinda’s Fire Roasted Habañero on these)
• garnish with Cilantro (which I didn’t have, and is sorely lacking as a green component in this picture)
* The Carnitas variant of the taco is one made with seasoned, braised pork, pulled apart after cooking and then crisped. They are delicious.
